Subscriptions and billing
- Manage your subscription — open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can pause, switch plans, or cancel at any time.
- Free trial — Pro Annual includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then for free.
- Refunds — App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com with your receipt.
- Restore purchases — open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
Account
- Reset password — sign-in screen → Forgot Password. We send a magic link.
- Delete account — Settings → Account → Delete Account. All workout history, measurements, and PRs are erased within 30 days. Email support@repflows.ai if the in-app option is unavailable.
- Export data — email us and we will send a JSON archive of your account within 7 days.
Common issues
- Pro features locked after purchase — force-quit the app and reopen, or tap Restore Purchases on the paywall. If still locked, email us with your receipt.
- AI workout generation fails — check your network, then retry. Free accounts are limited to 5 AI workouts per calendar month.
- Data not syncing between iOS and web — pull-to-refresh on the workout history screen, or sign out and sign back in.
